Sustainable Schools WA

Sustainable Schools WA is an initiative that supports a whole-school approach to education for sustainability, consistent with the Western Australian Curriculum and Australian Curriculum cross curriculum priority of sustainability.

Every school in Western Australia is engaged in some elements of sustainability/education for sustainability through e.g. utilities management, bushland and dune protection activities, reconciliation and other social and wellbeing programs. Sustainable Schools WA supports schools to incorporate this existing work into a whole-school plan.
